Inactive3 emails no response so I emailed Wager on Sports and WWTS to let them know that I was pulling them because of betaffiliate. This is what I got back:
Hello Rick,
Please accept my apology for the delayed response.
We’ve been unable to receive BetAffiliate support mails due to the upgrade and maintenance being done to the BetAffiliate application and site. Also because of the upgrade I am unable to access you payment information and is therefore unable to process your affiliate commission. I assure you that all your account activity is being tracked and if you provide me with your account number I will be able to process your payment and have your funds available as soon as possible.
We are striving to have everything back to normal by the 15 of September. We regret the inconvenience and hope that you will reconsider your decision.
Regards,
Heidi M

InactiveExplain to me how a system upgrade affects email.
Delivered a bunsh of new players and I can’t see action. This is annoying. Sportsbooks generally can learn from casinos how to run aff programs.

InactiveWhat a load of BS. If the site works and I can access stats from previous months how the hell is their email affected? This is the equivalent of a local shop unplugging their phone and saying customers can come in but they can’t sell you anything.
Anyone else getting sick of hearing the statement, “….is not working but the stats are tracking perfectly”? Isn’t it funny how tracking is never affected by upgrades but everything else is?.
Oh, thanks for the update BigDaddy.
