I saw the advertisement on casinoaffiliateprograms. I am originally from Germany. I have two companies in UK and 1 in Germany. I deposited 50,000 dollars to play the sports games on bet365. And it came to withdrawal, they asked me to send them copies of documentation. After I sent them, they said they will contact me in the next 3 business days. But they didnt send me any replies after a month, everytime, I called them, they just told me, their department is not available. and its has been 4 months now, I still haven’t got my money left over on my bet365 account. I’ve been to many casinos before, mostly in Las Vegas and Montreal. But I can’t tolerate casinos scam. I need someone from bet365 give me a reasonable explanation. my account name is BowdoinL5.

this isnt exactly the right place for this complaint (casinomeister might be) but i doubt bet365 has issues paying. thats not part of their agenda.

If you want to PM me your account name and any other info that will help then I’ll look into this for you.
May also help if you have copies of any previous emails you have sent/received from the customer service team then I can avoid going over the same ground again.

They tell me that they will contact you shortly
