vladcizsolMemberCheap promotional SPAM hawking submission services. This has nothing to do with Best Casino Partner.

affiliategodMemberProf,
But it did come from them.

vladcizsolMemberI bet they spoofed the mail header. This is EXTREMELY common for Spammers. Its happed to all of us. If you havent seen emails “from” YOUR Domain yet, you will.
If your are talking the signature, well spammers arent high on ethics. They could have just as easily signed it:
DictatorGeorgeWBush.comThe emails were sent by a spammer promoting this service:
xxxhttp://www.1on40.com/99689666
The trailing number is either:
a: A tracking link used by 1on40 to see which campaigns/headlines/text is drawing click throughs
b: An affiliate tracking link. A spammer is promoting 1on40 and they arent aware or dont care that this affiliate is doing this.

Inactiveyes it came from bestcasinopartners and they stated my affiliate login which I have at no other place but them.
Starting to think they are trying to branch out. A sign of despair?
No Spammer it said in the subject line:
affiliate – $myaffid

vladcizsolMemberThats scary!
I hope there wasnt some sort of security breach.
I cant imagine them hawking a cheap shit submission service via SPAM. What would they earn from such a promotion? $50? Thats hardly worth the backlash this would cause if it was them.
Let me contact Jeff and see if they are aware this is happening.

affiliategodMemberGoldfinger,

vladcizsolMemberOk heres the scoop:
Quote:It does seem that this was just a rookie mistake made by an affiliate trainee. He mentioned that while they have at times included info they feel might be relevant to affiliates it is always along the lines of “check out the new banners we’ve added” or “check out our latest marketing tools.” It’s absolutely against policy to send out 3rd party links like that and if this guy had followed procedures and sought approval from his manager this never would have occurred. This guy was severely reprimanded and that this isn’t something that will happen again. Safe to say I wouldn’t want to be that guy!
I trust that you’ll convey this in your own words and I thank you for your help in clearing up this matter…I know my buddies over there greatly appreciate it.

InactiveCan’t say I am too impressed with the Golden Boys but at least they admitted that this rubbish came from them which is more than you can usually expect in this industry when someone messes up.
