vladcizsolMemberI would call Ricardo or Jeff at Casino Blasters. They will tell you its not them (ahem), but magically you will then be able to reach someone at BCP.

InactiveHey Guys,
Same email issues here. Trying to sort out payments from Dec & Jan.
My payment was by cheque before – trying to see what happened as the cheques did not arrive.I did get my payment for Feb in Neteller – now trying to get the money out!!
I have been working through Rick to get to “Allen” via email – and same email issues. They can get my emails but not reply. Rick and Jeff have always been great at responding and getting me over to “Allen”. No phone number for this program.

InactiveI have waited 30 days to get payed my december earnings, thats 30 days AFTER Allen said it would be fixed. To add to that my January comission hasen’t arrived either. I have received 4 e-mails where he states it will be sent and nothing happens. Its not a huge amount but thats not the point at all.
In my opinion he is a liar that just keeps telling me “he is on top of it” and then goes silent again for a week. As I am in Europe it has nothing to do with processing either.February 15, 2007 at 2:15 am #727369

InactiveI am getting a little sick of this email horse shit. I have asked ricardo specifically for a phone # or an alternative way to contact Allen, he said just email. Are you kidding me? How fuckin hard is it to open an account here and let us know when the hell checks are going out. Or better yet get on MSN messenger so we have a way to communicate. I just can’t believe during these times affiliate managers are not smart enough to keep us informed. They have paid on time for the last 3 months, and I would really like to continue working with them. But I am only going to work with programs who are smart enough to keep affiliates informed on everything, during the most trying times to date in this industry. I don’t like to guess about my business, especially when it comes to MY MONEY. It’s the most important part of the whole relationship, and they treat it like it’s nothing. On a positive note, I remember every program that is making the extra effort to not only keep us paid up to date, but also informed and have an open line of communication. To these programs I promise you this will pay you back 10 fold. Keep up the good work. For the rest of you, how about taking a course in business 101.

InactiveI concur Bonusgeek!
Trying to get some resolution there myself for the past couple of months. What a shame, blasters was such a great program.I am getting the “email” issue answer with no phone numbers. I did switch to Neteller (which I can right now as $CDN) and got my Feb payment. But the prevous payments via check/cheque were apparently sent (according to the emails) but we have no record of them. This includes the previous months payments since the transfer.
Anybody had any success talking or communicating with “Allen”.
I would really like to get this program going — but as Bonusgeek mentioned no communication makes it very difficult.

Subj: Your commission payment

Sent from the Internet (Details)Valued Affiliate,
As a result of recent developments in the payment processing industry we
have been forced to adapt our payment strategies. At present our
commission payout strategy is to pay affiliates banking outside the
United States by bank wire. The currency of the bank wire sent to your
account will be either British Pound Sterling or in Euro.If you bank in a country where the Euro is the common currency,
we will convert your commission to Euros then send it by Bank Wire. This
applies to the following countries: Belgium, Germany, Greece, Spain,
France, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Austria, Portugal,
Slovenia and Finland. If you bank in a country where the Euro is NOT the common
currency, we will convert your commission to British Pound Sterling then
send by Bank Wire.ABSOLUTELY NO Bank Wires payments will be sent in US dollars.
In order to facilitate the process, and to ensure that your commission
payment is not delayed, we strongly suggest that you CREATE AN ACCOUNT
IN WHICHEVER OF TWO ABOVEMENTIONED CURRENCIES IS MOST APPROPRIATE.Thank you for your understanding,
The Team at BestCasinoPartner.com

This is a notice of how they plan to pay us, and if we do not have accounts were we can recieve money in the currancy that they are offering, then i guess we don’t get paid!

InactiveWell,
If you try adding a foreign bank account, the form makes the field “ABA#” mandatory, and ABA numbers are only given to American banks…
It’s like they are not even trying…
