InactiveDistributing articles with your links on them, or giving away free stuff with your links or site/domain name on them seems to work.

Warning to all , and everyone should know this already , If someone has good gambling traffic to sell theyd make more money to just send the traffic to sites thru there own affiliate links .
Anyone offering to sell you traffic is a scam . This should be the first rule all new affiliates learn .
most of these companys either use bots to generate clicks or they have sweatshops in third world countries with people just clicking on ads all day /April 2, 2008 at 2:35 pm #764802
supervinceMemberI have been neglecting my gambling site lately because of school and other projects I have been working on. In a few more weeks, I will be out of school for the summer and I am going to work on getting some high search engine rankings for some pretty competitive keyword terms in the online gambling industry.
I was thinking about firing up Camtasia and recording my progress on a daily basis. Everything from keyword research to on page optimization to aggressive link building and recording the results all the way to the first page of google. If I decide to release these videos for sale would anyone be interested? What do you think would be a good price? I am still not really sure if I would want to tell someone exactly how I got the rankings as it could result in a ton of competition but if there is enough interest then I might do it.

InactiveLet us have a view at SEO… All SEO you learn from public online forums, blogs etc is pretty much useless i say. Best way to approach SEO in gambling is to study google results. Example:
1. let’s search some results for keyword “online casinos”. Results show
that http://www.onlinecasinotopic.com is doing pretty good.2. lets examine the inlinks they got with yahoo site explorer http://siteexplorer.search.yahoo.com .
3. Inlinks is everything, everything else is BS.
4. They got roughly 189,000 inlinks. This is what we need to get ahead.
5. Study where they get most of their inlinks and try to duplicate. Look for blackhat methods they have used and duplicate if you have to. I know where they get the link juice, do you?
6. rinse and repeat
PPC is more interesting to me at the moment and i have an understanding that yahoo and google dont support gambling on their search, so you need to find your ways to get that stuff in. Im not sure about MSN, so take a look at them. Everyone else is useless i’d say. Why? Because the traffic is not targeted, it’s not going to convert, you be lucky if they even click at your offers if you have a review page instead of a tight landing page that gets good QS (google only).
Dats dat.

I disagree. I get decent results from other PPC search engines besides google and yahoo. They aren’t as good as google but they definitely aren’t “useless.”

Well im sorry if you bought that e-book from internetisseriousbusiness.com
The truth is that inlinks is the most important part of it. Offcourse it means
the inlinks need some quality and so on, but its still all about inlinks atleast in
gambling.Like seriously, tell me whats more important than inlinks? And i dont consider SEO to be following standards on your coding, if you think those H1 and meta tags are important? Or having spammy sites in bad neighborhoods.
the best method is to do what the best in the niche is doing, huh?
The hard part is to fiqure out what he actually is doing.I can show you plenty of sites that have good PR and rankings from thousands of inlinks only, and all those inlinks came from autoblogs or cyclesites. Some of these sites have been around for years, so it’s no short term method.
Let me give you another one liner: It’s all about building a network!

InactiveLets take a slighty different look at another site, this time with links only:
site: http://www.usaonlinecasinos.org/
gets links from these types of sites: http://www.ryanishngry.com/2008/03/usa-online-casino.html
research others at:
http://blogsearch.google.com/blogsearch_feeds?hl=en&q=online%20casino&ie=utf-8&num=100&output=rssConclusion (another oneliner): Use the search to get in the top of the search.
