Hands down VIP & Intercasino. By far the highest limits, easiest to understand bonuses, quick cashouts now that they have done away with the PIN numbers. Especially if you have roulette players. The limits at MG & Playtech are very low.
Neteller is the best way for your customers to make deposits and withdraw, but any problems you have in setting up that initial account will be the same at any casino.
I total agree with BJF VIP & Intercasino have the absolute best table games.
Thats also one of the reasons i promote intercasino most, because whales stay longer at Intercasino and one make much more in long run with intercasino.

I also like you can follow players in stats and every single playerOne thing I never understood about MG and Playtech is their roulette limits. Roulette is the most popular table game in every country other than the US. I think the maximum bet on a number at MG and Playtech is $10. Some places maybe it goes up to $100 maximum, but those places are very rare. At Intercasino I think it is $2,500.
