Anymore feedback guys?
You are helping to shape a great new affiliate program that is launching. Wouldnt it be cool if we got the things we all wanted to see at the begining?
I have grappled with the stats used by many programs and can never figure them out to my statisfaction. An AM might tell me it’s because of such and such and I believe them but then I compare the questionable stats to those of the previous month(s) and it just doesn’t fit logically.
I also find that many programs leave out one piece of pertinent data, usually something financial such as deposits, bonuses awarded and real play account balances that prevent me from accurately calculate my earnings or potential earnings from an individual player with perhaps the exception of brighshare.
My ideal stats interface would display both static data and dynamic data for each individual player.
Static data would include one time events like:
signup date, player id/name/status, location, referring url and referring ad.
Static data could be linked in as a popup page from the main stats for space consideration.Dynamic data would display the main stats and include constantly changing data like:
player id/name/status (for clarity), deposit amounts and dates of, deposit method used, bonus credits awarded, both played and unplayed bonus account credits, both wagered and unwagered player deposits, sub-affiliate earnings, withdrawal amounts and dates of and the dreaded chargebacks.
Then a column summary of each of course and the usual net earnings crap.
Everyone feel free to add anything they wish or if I left something out as well.

InactiveI loved the “old Referspot” program. It had everything i could want and it had each catergory separately so i could see who, what and when. i miss that type of reporting.
the worst for me is Golden star network. you see nothing!
Forgot one more thing thats important to me with checking stats….i like it when i can see “a cashout amount”…not many show the actual cashout, and by who. I hate that, i have to take someones word for the fact that i am down on money because they say i had a player cash out….show it to me please.
thanks

I don’t promote either program so I am not familiar with their stats.
But are you referring to my stats post when quoting “cashout amount” cuz I do have “withdrawal amounts and dates of” listed as one of the parameters?

InactiveFor me, WagerShare is unbeatable when it comes to reporting. CasinoRewards would be equally good if only we could assign campaign ID’s.

completely agree with you. the ONLY thing missing from casino rewards is the ability to create campaigns. this applies to a few other affiliate programs including goldenstarnetwork and focal click. not sure how a crucial factor like this got overlooked…

InactiveI should add that I’ve been looking around Rushmore’s stats system today for the first time in a while – very impressive and flexible.

Thankyou Triple777’s, I even confuse myself sometimes, but I do appreciate the vote of confidence. Actually I do have my own ebook affiliate program, so I guess I could be considered an affiliate manager of sorts.
However, I did leave out one field though – currency
Cheers,
