Hi Everyone,
Pearlgaming started a poll in October 2006 about payment processors and since then things have changed somewhat… I’d like to get your opinion on some of the best payment processors out there. It would be great if you could vote and add to the list of any others you use and state what country you are from (if possible).
Here are the candidates, please note you can choose more than one answer:
- PaySpark
- Click2pay
- Visa Credit/Visa Debit
- Moneybookers
- Wire Transfer
- ACH
- Eco Card
- Wirecard
- Prepaid Mastercard

The ONLY downside is that being UK FSA approved they’re following all the UIGEA rules to the letter so useless for American players.

Are you kidding me? All ACH processor have middle men… It can potentially go through up to 10 different people before it arrives in your bank account!
The worst problems I have ever had with making payments have been through ACH, oh, what a night mare.

:huh2:Moneybooker payments to an affiliate or players (or both)?
I would have to say any type of debit card so we can withdraw from an atm , i like when my cash does not have to go thru banks .
Only drawback i have with the debit cards is most have a 300 or 500 daily atm withdrawl limit . Also every poker room or casino ha there own different debit card , you guys should start woring together and make one thats accepted at all online places .
If someone can come out with a card , with a higher limit so i can make less trips to the atm it would be great .

I think it was originally designed for playing purposes …. but many programs have found them easy to use for affiliates too.
Far better than ANY other e-wallet for me – and a max fee of €1.80 is very good pricing.
I would say that I don’t mind being paid by WIRE TRANSFER – as long as the program is going to eat the $25/$40 fee …

The only reason gaming companies won’t do this is because of the combined liabilities of moving large amounts of money. It’s a good idea in theory but it just wouldn’t work.

:tongue:I think I proposed we used Moneybookers in 2005 with BetUS but they didn’t want to, I can’t remember the reason why… I will investigate that option a little more myself for GA Partners. We do chomp on the cost of wires as long as there is a minimum $200 payment going out. I wouldn’t have it any other way.

Nope, never, but we had a substantial non US base to pay. Renee – What’s your best way to pay affiliates?
I’d say EcoCard.
Wires are a royal pain in the butt. Any type of ewallet is good really.

Moneybookers can and do accept US residients but they are at pains to point out that it cannot be used for gambling purposes
Again … see the weasel words in our Gambling Payments Page (note for US Bettors) they were worked out in conjunction with Moneybookers.com themselves.
:hattip:Regarding ECOCARD : I saw something today at GPWA suggesting that they’re not going to be a US payment option any longer ?

Nothing concrete in that GPWA thread yet …Apparently “some” casinos are emailing “some” players saying that ECOCARD is pulling out of the US.
