The problem I’ve had with fairway previously is the interface is actually quite poor and buggy. For example, the player clicks to place a bet, and it is not confirmed sometimes for a few seconds or not at all. This directly impacts player experience.
Do you know if this has been fixed at all?

Fairway casino’ interface and overall experience for the player is terrible. Bets take a long time to confirm, and many are rejected. i will never promote anything like that because I promote based on a legitimate recommendation.

Also I checked just then, and there seems no difference with spin frequency. You need to speak with the bosses. It is very painful to wait while the dealer fiddles around with cash. You guys need better procedures and equipment in place to speed up the process.
Management should know that the more spins they do, the more they earn. Even hiring additional staff will solve the problem and still be more profitable.
