If you are referring to commission percentages on the 1st and 2nd tier, then Casino Blasters is one of the best. The first tier is 10% and the 2nd tier is 5%. Gaming Partners, Gambling Wages, and Casino Rewards each have 1st tier commissions of 5%. Many programs offer 1% to 3% on the 1st tier, but there are some programs that don’t have subaffiliate programs at all.
