vladcizsolMemberThe only thing I received from them is an email suggesting that we lure in other victims, err I mean new affiliates, to the program.
I am wildly under impressed with them so far.

InactiveThey paid everyone on the 8th or 9th .

Inactiveyes – they paid us as well. are you sure you didn’t get paid professor? it came throgh the same as a cblasters payment does

vladcizsolMemberI wasnt worried about payment. My issues are with their tracking, the transistion of players from Casino Blasters, their communication, the changing of commission rates. They are just all over the place. Hence I am very un-impressed with them at this point.
What I find really surprising and what I think makes me even more disapointed is the two groups that are behind this program are seasoned professionals. They certainly are capable of far better.
Will they turn things around in the future? Maybe so, but for now I am not enthused by this program.

i agree lou. i have voiced this to them as well via emails.
hopefully in time the program will get better. at least they converted our player base unlike many other programs who just dropped them all together.

InactiveGolden Casino has to be the worst software ever!
I dont know how many of you have actually played this casino – but on average of 10 attempts to log in – 9 times the casino software just hung…And then, you log in, but you are not actually connected to the casino server – and the lack of a connect button makes you have to exit the casino and then start it again…
Video Poker should be the loosest game, and yet out of $2K deposits I got 4 of a kind only once.
All this would explain how we got only 4 players out of 100+ downloads. It has to be the worst casino for US players right now, so I would wait for a while to see if they will fix all the problems.

InactiveThanks everyone
I was still debating whether to actually put them up as opposed to just being transferred over by CB.
The casino itself doesn’t float my boat – but I haven’t downloaded and was looking for some webmaster feedback before making any decision.
Decision made. I’m just taking everything down – CB and Best.
There are plenty of options out there and, personally, I can’t take the risk of offending my players. It takes a long time to build a professional reputation for listing reliable casinos and I’m not putting that on the line.
Maybe later, if they get their act together, I may consider them as a newbie, stand-alone partner.

All of the Vegas technologies (used to be English Harbour) software has this problem occasionally.
They do have some very nice slots though, particuarly the reel deal.

Inactive(used to be English Harbour) software
Just to clarify.
English Harbor Casino, and the others in the Casino Coins Group used to use software under the name of “Odds On”, not English Harbor Software.English Harbor WAS the operating company for English Harbor, Carribean Gold, Silver Dollar, Millionaire, Super Slots, and All Poker, but the Software was called Odds On, not English Harbor.
Odds On was apparently converted to Vegas Technologies, and subsequently sold to the VIP Group along with the English Harbor Group of casinos.
No big deal, but that’s the way I understand it.

InactiveThat’s correct, CPA.
And all of it has periodic and temporary loading and connection problems for some reason. There are more casinos using this in addition to the Casino Coins group mentioned above and Best Casino Partners, the “Hot Pepper” (I think is the name) and it’s sister casino. And I think VIP also has a casino using this software.
This software also recently drew a lot of player attention because of a software glitch and some players avoid it and don’t trust it.
Personally I like the software and hope they get with it and fix the glitches, but the programs representing them seem to have their share of problems too. VIP and the Casino Coins group owned by them have predatory terms, and Best Casino Partners appear to have a communication problem. I never had any dealings with Hot Pepper, but hear some stories of woe there, too.
It’s too bad really, I wish they would fix all the issues, they would be a viable software to promote if they got their s#!t together.

InactiveVIP uses RTG, but VIP owns the English Harbor Group of casinos.
They might own Vegas Technologies, but I’m not sure on that part.

InactiveWe are earning the exact same as last month, it is almost like a exact copy of last month, there is something wrong here for sure with stats! I can say they did pay but there are some issues here for sure, and I do like the slots I think they have good potential if they can get the kinks fixed.
