Well , he just replied to my 2nd email , i asked if they would honor the 50% as was stated on there site and heres the answer . Hate this as this error cost me more then 3k and the months not even over
Unfortunately the answer to your question is no. We will be paying 30% flat for the first month.

Mine is even better – I got a player who deposited $100 and put the NGR in -$9,500. As far as I know the progressives are paid by the software, so he won 95x his first and only deposit playing something that the system puts as “Other”…
I am thinking of depositing and playing myself now
