Report this as spam in your google webmaster account. It carries more weight coming from there.

I have reported this type thing many times in the past.

Google knows these things and won’t hurt you for it. They will act if you report enough URLs at once.

    Thanks guys

I have counted the number of URL’s

1503 urls with links to our site.

I have submitted a spam report.

Does anyone know who owns onlinecasinomagic.com

This site is also being advertised at the top of the page and could be the

    offender.

i think this is Captain’s site. The font and layout matches his other sites plus on the bottom there is a link to captain’s casino.

but i sincerely doubt that he even knows that his site is listed there.

Can someone ask the captain how his link could be getting on that page.

Maybe its a way for me to track the actual owner down.

I have the Whois for the spammer.

    Query for: nonagenarian.az.pl

    Hi Merlin,
OnlineCasinoMagic.com is my site. The advertisments look to be coming from 7Search.com and I do not know who owns the sites you have listed.

    what a mess.
wouldn’t it be great if there were 1200 backlinks to your site that were actually legit…
    if only

his is called Google Bowling and its a common practice among black hat seo people. I warned about it several times and you can learn more about it here:

    http://www.webpronews.com/expertarticles/2005/10/27/google-bowling-how-competitors-can-sabotage-you-what-google-should-do-about-it

    http://www.searchengineguide.com/michael-pedone/google-bowling.php

These assholes even offer Google Bowling as a service:

    Hope this helps Merlin.

    I hate this shit

I think it is an auto generated site.

They scrape sites and steal content to rank. They get lots of traffic for a few days, and then get banned on google. Then they set up new domains and repeat. This group of sites must use 7search ads.

I actually don’t think it is an attack on you, so much as it is a black hat way to get traffic and you are caught in the cross fire. But I don’t know for sure, and I am in no way associated with this site, and don’t use these methods.

    Thanks everyone.

I’m going to try contact 7Search and see what they can do.

I highly doubt that this will hurt you.

I would pursue every way to get rid of it too, out of principle.

But, google long understood that these things happen and doesn’t penalize for incoming links.

    I’m with ih82lose. :hattip:

Any response from 7Search? If you’ve emailed them and haven’t gotten a response yet, I’d definately call them. They suck at answering emails on time or effectively, yet they seem to do a decent job when you call.

To find the owner of the site visit WhoisXY.com. Here they provide whois search tool which displays the details of a particular domain like domain registrant, domain owner information, contact details and so on.If that domain was registered under private registration then the registrant & some other details are hidden by proxy.
