Overall, I heard it was a great and intimate show. Also great business to be done at these conferences.
So, what’s the consensus- Barcelona is a go for this conference every year?
Barcelona is a beautiful city. I’d visit again. Probably next year for the conference if it’s hosted there.
I like Barcelona itself – but the street crime is horrible and when I was there last a number of us got attacked, threatened with knives and robbed. So, I am hesitant to go there again without bodyguards…. and that kind of ruins my usual adding on a couple days just to stroll around by myself and take in the feel of the city I am visiting.
I haven’t heard any horror stories this time though…

I thought it was pretty ok. No one was in my face trying to pick my pockets, and I traveled and strolled alone pretty much most places. I’m not quite sure why they avoided me.
Probably because they had seen me walk with bonustreak – she has the ability to disarm 10 criminals in 60 seconds… whereas I can dispatch a bowl of rice in 60 seconds.
Seriously thought.. I think all the stories pysched me out a little bit, when I got approached by hot blonde women, and taxi drivers trying to take me to seedy joints.. I just .. sorta.. worried!

What happened over there???As for what Dom’s mentioning, there was A LOT of talk around watching your back in Barcelona. Maybe all the prep worked! Haven’t heard any stories yet of anyone getting mugged. Everyone ok? (Hoping so!)
