InactiveHi Jam,
Thanks for your feedback and the kind words.
Our software is configured and tested to work with both Firefox and IE, and we have not heard of anyone else experiencing errors with the banner manager when using FF.
Can you please send me an email to [email protected] with the details of the error that you are experiencing (your username, the merchant you are trying to pull banners for, etc) and a screenshot, and we will look into this asap for you?
Thanks,

tonywangMemberThanks for the reply. I just tried another computer, using another operating system, and using different Firefox addons, and still the same problem. And I don’t think it’s just a problem with my IA account, since the same exact problem occurs with my accounts at other programs using the IA software, eg. Red Hot Partners and Goldbet.
I will send you an email with the details you requested, but maybe any other webmasters using IA with firefox can comment here if the Banner Manager works or not?

InactiveHi Jam,
We received your emails, thanks. We’ve had our IT check the banner manager in your Income Access account, and we did not encounter any errors – we were able to pull creative for all of the merchants that you are registered for, using the Firefox browser.
I’ve sent you an email with screenshots and a few more questions, looks like we need to troubleshoot with you a bit further.

If anyone else is experiencing this error, your feedback is appreciated.

tonywangMemberHi Julia,
Thanks very much for investigating, and even sending screenshots to demonstrate that it’s working…
Well as I said, I tried using the system with Firefox on 2 different computers and it didn’t work, but now I realized that there was one thing the same on both copies of Firefox – they were both using the AdBlock addon… now I tried turning off AdBlock and sure enough the system works absolutely fine. I never suspected that AdBlock could be the problem because it usually only blocks images, I’ve never seen it stop a dropdown menu from working…
So the problem is solved. And the problem was on my end, sorry about that  At least now you can inform anyone else with this problem in the future

Now I’ll duck for cover before any anti-AdBlock webmasters come after me

Thanks again Julia.
