I have several players reporting that they are now receiving emails from the casino offering them bonuses and promos, if your allowing these banned players back in the casino are you giving me credit again for my players???

They should not be receiving any emails. If that is the case, they may have slipped through the cracks somehow, I would have to investigate further, but even so should still not be able to play in any case. If you have any details of these players please let me know.
As far as being credited for old players in banned states, these players will not be able to play at the casino for the forseeable future, however, should legislation change at some point in the future & these players are allowed back, then certainly all your old players will still be yours and you will continue to generate revenue off of.

GordonBonustreak is right, I know for fact this is the case for some. But not just with Prive Casinos.. other MGS casinos also.
