IntegrityMemberhi kwblue,
thank you for bumping in! looks like us – the affiliates – have a different understanding from a good business-relationsship than our so called “partners”.
this lack of trust is exactly what makes me very sad and dissapointed about this issue!as i feel myself already the accused one, altough my error in this is not as obvious as CPDirector wants to turn it, i guess “in dubio pro reo” should count in this case, too.

GambleHarderMemberHello,
I am not accusing you by any means of trying to cheat us. All I am asking for is that you send me a screen shot of the email or chat as a private message or to Rafael so that I may see it and take the correct actions. If I just please have that than I can make sure you are paid what is rightfully yours.
Until then I have to assume that it is an honest mistake on your part, and we can not pay each and every time an affiliate makes a mistake.I sincerely appreciate the business and long-term relationship with Casinopilot, and will do everything in my powers to continue including paying for lost players!
But you say the incorrect links were given to you so all I must have is a screen shot of the email or chat with the link. Then I will know 100% that it is our mistake and will generously make it up to you Casinopilot.
I hope you and this entire forum find my stance on this fair. If not please let me know so that I will reconsider with an open mind and heart.Thank you all,
CPDirector

Inactive250 employes, wow. Why not employ another 2 people so they can take care of payments?! So affiliates receive their payments on time.
Alex.
