I can’t say when but in the future probably by end of the year we can look at removing the 4k/week. Yes we have higher spins but we don’t have progressives and were don’t have some of the large jackpots you can get at some RTGs but we are growing and this will change. Regarding the issue of players having to login 2 to 3 times to make cashouts I really haven’t had any negative complaints from players. Once we do get progressives and up some of the table limits we will look at removing the 4k restriction per week. As we start offering jackpots that exceed 50k to 100k then this 4k certainly does make the casino look comical. I was surprised to hear larger casinos having more restrictions but I am listening and I have heard some players at Casinomeister ask to loosen these restrictions. I can say by the end of the year this will get addressed once we start increasing betting limits but we won’t keep the same restrictions if we open up our games to higher bets and higher jackpots.

John , Just saying what i see and hear from my players ,
My original post was mostly directed to rtg as thats who i pormote most .
But as you say about jackpots does not make a difference , John you know its not to hard to get a 200x or 300x payout on your scary rich slot so if a player makes a $50 bet thats a 10k or 15k win . let me ask you if a player hits for 20k how long would it take him to cashout ?
Again , im just posting what I hear , players say they dont bet higher as if they hit its a long wait to get paid .

ClubContMemberok thanks for the feedback. I will be surveying my players very soon but I already know what the answer on this topic will be. Won’t change overnight but I can say near the end of the year I will seriously reconsider the 4k term removal. Not lip service and I have already looked at this last month.
Thanks,
John

The problem i see is withdrawls , a lot of casinos are taking over a month to process them , players get fed up with this and no longer play , then bitch on forums about not being able to get paid , and others hear about it and dont play .
It’s definately part of the problem for sure. I see posts like this one at my forum more and more lately.
“Does Anyone Know Of Another Withdrawal Method Besides Ach. Because I Sent Verification Two Days Ago And Got A Email Today Saying It Was Accepted. And That Ach Will Take Another 15 Days To Be Deposited Into My Bank Account. I Live In The Usa And Some Won’t Accept Us Customers.”

Or is the RiverBelle the only casino which operates that wayt?
Which US-players accepting casinos code transactions as travel or other transactions and make it that way possible to deposit by credit card?
Any help is much appreciated

zigmundovichMemberWe can only hope that things will be better in the future, in the meanwhile a focus on other markets looks like the smartest thing to do:sarcasm:
Nobody can give me the names of online casinos who code transactions as travelling or other services?

I’m guessing that the casino nor the person with that knowledge wants it posted in a forum, private or not, but via PM???

InactiveIt would be very stupid for casinos to publicise how they process payments. Think about it.

LucretiaMembersuch matters should be kept to the casinos only.
it is their business.
let’s keep it this way!

InactiveGuys many casinos and poker rooms are having a hard time processing US player transactions. The pull out of ePassport furher aggravated the problem.
I’m hoping the processing issue gets resolved to some degree in the near future – most of my traffic is US and it’s very frustrating sending good traffic to earn peanuts.

04-18-2008 10:29 PMYes it is frustrating. In my case, my best converter this month has 6 new depositors from 1000+ clicks. I use to enjoy 4-6% conversions from raw clicks to new depositors.
Let’s hope for things to improve – the current situation for US traffic is dismal.

InactiveOne of the biggest problems is player confidence in not getting their money tied up like it was in Neteller. Without whales it is a sinking ship for sure. As Kevin stated above, “it’s very frustrating sending good traffic to earn peanuts.” I have been trying to make a come back and this month has been a disaster to say the least. Using all my prior knowledge of marketing online that once was very successful has created a massive loss. I picked up 32 new depositing players this month across all properties I am promoting to only accumulate $x,xxx.xx dollars. If it does not pick up soon I will be force to give up and move on.
