    Neteller always wants to talk to people when there has been a complaint filed.

    It could be a complaint against either party.

    It happened to me once when I sent money to someone another person had filed a complaint against.

    well when I made my post I had no idea it had been 3 weeks. The way it read to me was that it had been only a few days.

    of course, I’m very interested in hearing your outcome Ark and I was never trying to make you out the “bad guy”.

    I just call ’em as I see ’em and I posted as such.

    if it has been 3 weeks then Matt needs to make amends.

    this is all very strange because I’d even offered to pay Ark for Matt and that he could work the money off doing some things for me.

    Matt, your input is needed.

    And Ark, my deepest apologies as I never intended to make you, or anybody else out as a bad guy.

    Neteller needs to get their shit together because it is total BS that you can’t reach anybody and since I have considerable amount of money sitting in there, I am very uneasy about what Ark has said about the NETeller end of things.

    bb1 – Your cool – np, but if you review that thread you will see that I dated every correspondence :)

    As for Neteller I have never filed any complaints and wouldnt think anyone would file one against me. The only money going in and out of that is from casinos to me!

    Not until this past month have I sent money to a select few and I can see NO reason for any of them to file a complaint against me!

    Thus I assume that it was Matt sending then denying the 100 – Hell I dont know I havent been able to get through to neteller – im just on edge as I had quite a bit of money in there.

    I dont want too assume to much as its something I usually try not to do, but its hard not to do when Im so on edge – guess I better go get a drink – its early but needed. :cheers:

    Hang in there Arkyt – no point in jumping to conclusions.

    It could actually also be that someone else filed a complaint against Matt. Neteller is very very touchy about their accounts – and that is probably a good thing.

    I wonder what’s with their phone – I never had trouble with that.

    Get this – they said it was closed because a phone verification had never been performed. LMAO – Ive been with them for months and now they do that …

    I closed the thread too quickly, I am sorry Arkyt. Randy suggested I close it and I really should have waited until you had the chance toi respond. I am sorry. I was wrong. :unhappy:

    Personally, I understand your frustration as the time that expired was unacceptable and I probably would have started posting after a week or so. I think you showed great restraint.

    The OTHER thing that REALLY bothers me now is why did Matt cancel the transfer of the funds due you?

    Let’s wait and see what he has to say about that as maybe, just maybe, it was a Neteller issue and NOT something he did.

    This is a mess.

    It’s the cancelled transfer that bothers me, too.

    I’m thinking that it is because of Neteller closing the account in an untimely manner, and not because Matt actually reversed it. The timing fits.

    Now Matt’s been publicly and falsely, albeit indirectly, accused of tampering with a Neteller account, which is far more serious than sitting on $100.00 for 3 weeks.

    It is a mess, for sure.

    That sounds pretty clear but stranger things have happened.

    Yesterday’s thread appeared to turn into a flame. So I think closing was justified. This one is more clear and not flaming.

    I hope Matt explains himself.
