Hi,
Please can you shutdown the affiliate account of the affiliate who is plagarising my content here:
http://spaces.msn.com/casinos-online/
Not only has he stolen a lot of my intro from my home page, he also ranks #5 for my site’s name in google as well.
I would very much appreciate you contact this affiliate and get him to remove all my content he has stolen.
His Aff ID is: http://banner.clubdicecasino.com/cgi-bin/redir.cgi?id=N&member=panda1
Is Panda1 also a member here at CAP?

March 27, 2006 at 9:57 am #687134AnonymousInactiveMy content is still on his site. I appreciate any help you can provide it getting him to remove it. You may also want to convey to him, that I have filed a copyright violation report to msn.spaces and it is likely his whole site on the msn spaced network is going to be pulled as a result.

ori@cpays.comHi Ori,
My content is still up on his site. Can you give me an update please.
Thanks!

I apologize for the delay i have contacted this affiliate and asked him to removed the content immediately and in any case his account is suspended until the content will be removed.
I have checked the website today and noticed it’s not accessible which means that either MSN took it off or the affiliate did that.
In any case the affiliate was warned by me.
Once again i would like to thank you for informing me about this website.
All the best,
Ori

Yes MSN took the page down, after I wrote to them and subsequently threatened legal action. Good on MSN and CPays for doing the right thing

ori@cpays.comThank you, Ori.
I have declared war on these thieves myself and am actively pursuing anyone using any part of my work for their own purposes.
It is good to know Casino Pays will be there to help should I find one of your affliates involved.
If affliates and programs work together on this, we can go along way in stopping all this theft.
