Sure, everyone is feeling the pinch economically. I would expect that almost everyone, except China, will be aboard, in the next few years, in one form or another.
PokerDude.. gotta agree with you. I think also its going to be pretty strict controls on who can do what in those countries to stamp out any rogue elements to social responsibility by the governments.
