I have used Site Build It or SBI since 2007 for 2 sites. They provide several SEO tools and have an excellent webmaster forum. Some of the tools, I like are Analyze It that scans your pages as to the fitness for the SEs, free blog page setup within site, C2 content and the Action Guide–a step by step site building process.
Yes, I am an affiliate and yes, this is a plug, but I have never seen a better website ‘education’ for building a successful online business as SBI. You don’t have to spend time at other forums when u go with SBI.

P.S. the one drawback is that they cannot do php.
