Who’s doing article submissions manually?

you may find somebody at xxxxxxxforums.digitalpoint.com, or PM me for the details, I submit the articles myself.There’s a manual submistion simulator called digixmas. It’s in beta now and free. I suggest trying that out. It takes a while to get it set up, but when you do you can submit a lot more than without the program.
