I’m seeing 0 downloads after 161 clicks, but I do have new players. Sounds to me like download tracking isn’t working. Can someone check on this?

Hey Dom;

We still going through all your stats with a fine-tooth comb, so far nothing has come up as incorrect but we have not finished with all our checks yet.

I know it’s taking time but there will be no doubts regarding anyones stats once we’re done with this.

The download stats are not being reported on correctly, and has been this way for a while. Fortune Lounge is in testing with their new Download Helper which will allow us to report the correct download stats and at the same time improve the player’s experience. This should be rolled out across the casinos shortly.

This is not affecting any other area of the stats as the players’ details are still being linked to the correct affiliate (just as you’ve pointed out that you have players but downloads show zero), it’s simply the reporting on our system of the downloads.

Please remember, download stats are separate to all other stats and in no way affect commission.
