    why would you even consider a cpa deal for casinos accepting us players?rtg and microgaming casinos are decent for cpa deals ,one rival casino only offered us $200.00 cpa and we delivered 60 players a month lol.needless to say we do rev share with them.

    I can get you a number of different cpa deals for US sites. What kind of restrictions and rules are you willing to go by? There has to be some kind of restriction/minimum deposit.
