I find their customer service impossible. I had them since last August, and have never made a nickel. It converted well for a while but the first month someone got lucky and they roll over. I contacted them after a few months and sending them about a dozen players and spoke to someone fairly sympathetic who said he would try to get it zeroed out. I never heard from him again, and couldn’t get them to respond to emails. In addition they have some ridiculaous rule that you have to send them X amount of players before you can collect anything.

I’ve been working with Bet365 for 3+ years.

I find them pretty straight up – with automated stats and payment systems – which means no waiting around and posting messages about cabbage on forums.
    :woo-hoo:

They pay 30% of share – and I’ve never seen as “end of month” rushes of winners as is often complained of about a lot of smaller outfits on this forum.

They have a few negative things about them :

    1) They bundle. They offer Sports / Casino / Poker and Games but you get paid a final share across them all. So a big winner in one section can wipe out all profits.

    2) The rollover negative balances. If your share is -$5,000 at end of month then it stays. You have to slowly work your way back to zero and then positives.

    3) I believe there is now a lower limit of 5 active customers before you start earning (as referred to above). This was supossedly to prevent every player simply becoming their own affiliate.

    That being said ..

    1) BET365 are scrupulously honest – a major UK player with many “bricks n mortar” shops – and you get none of the flim-flam associated with the smaller places who really don’t want to pay.

    2) BET365 send out a very good start-up pack to customers – via snail mail – and also periodically market poker to customers (at their expense) so their conversion rates are from registration to actual money play are high … mine are usually around 40%-50% !!
    :woohoo:

    3) You get 30% lifetime. Staright up. No scales. No scandles. However it is 30% so a negative month has to be worked off before you get paid again.

All in all – I’m very happy with them as a player and an affiliate.

Pretty much agree with exactly what The Gooner said. I think they are another program where if you ask they might accommodate your request. Example is that the website says in order to get a payment via NEteller you need a player account. I am able to get it straight to Neteller just by asking. I scan a signed invoice and send to them where as the site says fax. Just little things that really should be fixed for us all, however I have no hesitation in recommending them to the smaller sportsbettor. They seem to get a bit nervous with the large ones.

Now, I wish my players would stop winning big on some days then losing small for the next few, winning big etc… The negative carry forward is a pain in this situation. That said, I don’t think they bundle the poker revenues do they? That always seems to be available on the payout request page regardless of the negative balances at the sportsbook and casino.

I’m prepared to stand corrected on the bundling issue Jarvi … but have you every tried to actually request an invoice when your sportsbook losses outweigh everything else?

I did about 18 months ago – it came out seperate totals down the lines … but with a final amount of 0.00 owing. It may have changed ?
    :dozing:

and yes – I scan, sign and email the invoices too – who uses faxes anymore?
and get them to bank transfer too … no problems
    :happydanc

I don’t get an affiliate referral for Bet365 for other affiliates – but I’m happy to recommend them as safe for PLAYERS and AFFILIATES.

I recommend them strongly also. Like The Gooner, I’ve been with them for 3-4 years and they are honest and reputable.

Personally, I only promote the sports betting side of things. They send all their players a CD-Rom with the casino software and poker software anyway. I’ve found that I pick up casino and poker players at sports betting sites solely by promoting the sportsbook and that works for me.

yes – I scan, sign and email the invoices too – who uses faxes anymore?

Um, me. I fax the invoices. Actually just got a cheque this morning from them.

Carefully read this portion of their T&C:

    4.2 Referral Fee Payout Requests

Your affiliate365 account must have a minimum of 5 active referred Customers before you will be eligible for Referral Commission payment. Subject to clause 6, you are entitled to one payout per month, providing you have fulfilled the above Customer requirement up the end of the preceding month. The minimum payout request for earned Referral Commission per month is USD $50.00. There is no maximum.

An active referred Customer is defined as a visitor to your site(s) who has clicked through to a bet365 website via your click-thru link, has registered as a customer, deposited funds to their customer account and conducted wagering activity in one or more bet365 property – bet365 sportsbook, bet365casino, bet365poker and/or bet365games).

So basically, if you have 4 active customers regardless of how much commission you’ve earned you will never see it because of this clause.

I missed that part in there clause, will your comissions roll over untill you have a month with 5 actives? Or do they just pretend your 4 players didn’t lose 10k? lol what a joke I am pulling these crooks off of my site ASAP. BTW they don’t convert either and they also carry-over negatives, after all of these silly stipulations the affiliate must make about 5% comission.

Convert fine for me. Sports, Casino, Poker all from one account.
    – Good odds
    – Lots of coverage of many leagues
    – and a FREE GBP25 (or EUR 40) matched sports bet early on.
    – monthly casino bonuses on purchase of chips
    – monthly poker loyalty bonuses

Honestly, that puts a lot of competition in the shade as far as players are concerned. So please send your Bet365 intending players my way then …

I’d be happy to help them join ..

Gooner, no I have never tried it because when I’ve been in negative, the small amount from poker wasn’t worth it and I have just left it there. If you want to get credit for sub-affiliates then ask them. Can’t remember if I asked or they offered however, either way they do have it available.

Yes that clause about the player minimums is a bit silly and thinking back, it was never applied to me anyway. I fail to understand why programs put clauses in and don’t adhere to them. Most programs have enough termination reasons that if they wanted to get rid of an affiliate they can, so why rely on stuff like that. I know this kind of crap can be annoying at the beginning but I still recommend this program once you get over the initial hurdles.

Sure just trade me a few of your players from a different brand :) Hey that would be great I wonder if they allow the trading of players haha

I have made tons of cash with affiliate365 – their casino is by far the best at attracting high rollers… on average I’ve been making more than $1K per casino player there!

I highly recommend them provided you are capable of sending at least 5 RMPs

I have no problems with them. I have been promoting them for years. I have some very, very old players. They seem to know how to keep them. One of my players who signed up more than 2 years ago dropped 15K last month.

The 5 player rule is a pain, but I’m not getting fussed about it, I send them a player or more every month so it works out in the end.

    Cheers
