Where are you based? It maybe worth speaking to Affiliate Speed Pay as they are backed by a proper regulated bank

as u can see, this FBME bank that affiliate speedpay uses has been redflagged by the FDIC for money laundering….
not a good choice…
That’s notice is over 4 years old. If it were still an issue, i doubt that any US based affiliate would be able to received wires from ASP, which i know those who have.
A number of people that i know use offshore banking from HSBC and some use payspark’s bank.

If affiliate speed pay could accept incoming wires from ANY affiliate program it would be ideal. But right now you can only receive money from certain affiliate programs. So while I recommend affiliate speed pay a person still needs a regular offshore account.
with payspark/csc24seven you can send/ receive wire transfers(like asp in the past) + they offer debit cards from maestro to MC platinum.
one question, can somebody pm me, if HSBC offshore is gambling friendly?
Thanks.Another friendly gambling bank is IVO bank http://www.ivobank.com They are safe and regulated and have a very strong management team – I also believe they will be rolling out an affiliate payment system in the next few months as well
