InactiveI used to pay a programmer in India this way. It was failrly easy to use once they build a way to save the receiver info in your account. Before that it took me forever to type the name of this guys city in India over and over again.

Bumping into Xoom.com is fun, after 8-9 years…
This domain was one of the first players on the internet, offering free e-mail and free web space… They were big, but then swept by Yahoo’s success… Now offering financial services…
