Yes I know that is where they are ‘supposed’ to pay. Party have confirmed to me that they haven’t been paying…..
We don’t have a partnership history with the program but we’ve reached out to the program. I’ll post as soon as I hear from someone.
Hey John – I take it that it’s not just me they aren’t replying to if you haven’t heard anything – it’s been a week now.
You won’t be getting paid John. I’ve had to get my solicitor involved, as the guys behind 121 have ‘given’ the casino back to Party, informing them that all affiliates have been paid and that they have closed their business.
The guys behind 121 are David Minns and Trevor Bamford. I’ve tried calling them (I have both their mobile numbers) and tried adding them on Linkedin but no response.
I also heard from their old affiliate manager who got screwed over:
“Not as if it was a consolation but they didn’t pay my last salary even though they knew I was going travelling in February (this year)..they say they are out of money which I believe so I don’t think there is much you can do..
It makes me very angry because i don;t think we are the only ones waiting for money from them..let me know the outcome of the legal way.Shame it has resorted to this. “
However, I know the guys are running other business ventures, so aren’t that hard up.

Yes I think Party have a lot to answer for here. They have taken back 121 casino, which they are no operating. But they haven’t informed any affiliates of this (I am an active Party / Aff CLub affiliate) to let us know what has happened. In particular I would like to know what is happening with players I referred who are still active – Are affiliates going to earn commissions from Party for these 121 players?
.. Any other members have communications with them?
