InactiveI’ve tried to contact Renee on this particular issue but have not had any luck. Did anyone else have problems receiving their June commissions? I am just curious because this is the reply I recieved from Renee over 3 weeks ago and have not had much success with getting my June check so far.

Subject: RE: Hi its Renee aff mgrThere has been delays on the checks to the US since Jan so there are a handful of affs who are only receiving their jan commission checks now.
Because of this issue our accounts people are having a meeting with our processors today so I have put your check on the list so hopefully we can find out what is happening with it by tomorrow. Ill get back to you when I have some more info.

surely that’s a typo? Jan?
I don’t think so.. maybe June is late…… but I can’t see it being Jan.

InactiveI just double checked my email from Renee and “Jan” was what she had on there. So with everyone saying how prompt they are on paying out, this email from her definitely doesn’t reflect that statement. I have heard a lot of good stuff about Casino Rewards on this forum, so hopefully they live up to that reputation.

GuestHi C;
I think you’re in good hands. If in fact you are not paid since Jan …. well I’d be really surprised. CR been good to me …. on time …. for nearly 7 yrs.
I’m sure if in fact its true that you haven’t been paid since Jan…. that they will still make it right. must be a really big mistake….
CR is almost always on time . … one of the first every month to pay.
Hope it works out for you….. Renee is a doll….. have full faith she will see you satisfied in the end.

Amy I replied to you last week. Perhaps you could check your junk mail or add me to your msn or other so we don’t have these problems in the future.

InactiveAmy the reason I PMd you was because I don’t think it is appropriate to discuss payment information in a PUBLIC forum.
Can we please refrain from posting about it here until someone moves this thread.
Thanks.

InactivePayment methods are not to be discussed in the public areas. I have moved the thread.
Casinofatcat, what are you doing posting private correspondence concerning legally sensitive matters in public?
That letter was obviously private! Don’t you see

There is a reason for this and you are jeopardizing everyone’s payments by publicizing this stuff.
This was a private conversation. It has absolutely no place in public.
Guys, these are not normal times. Please keep conversations about payment methods out of the public eye.
And for christ’s sake, don’t publish private emails. General mails – fine. But confidential conversations do NOT belong on a public board. Period.

InactiveHow exactly does my post jeopardize anyone’s payments? To be honest I really didn’t think it was a big deal since Casino Rewards is OBVIOUSLY A LEGITIMATE BUSINESS. Making this a big deal makes me think you HAVE something to hide. Anyhow I obviously made this issue way too sensitive for Casino Rewards and Dominique. I will refrain from publically discussing my personal payment experiences in the future.

InactiveI am not talking about personal payment experiences, I am talking about payment methods.
And I am talking about publishing confidential letters.
