Anyone else have a problem with "Fee Carryover"?

    Perhaps it is just me but I have a problem with the “fee carryover” policy on Focal Click Focal Click is the only program I get commissions from that has this policy and it has cost me a lot of money. Whenever you get someone hitting a jackpot it takes forever to make up the difference. I would hope that Focal Click would consider changing this policy. I hesitate to promote them as much as other programs that don’t have this policy. Just my 2 cents. What does everybody else think?

    I’ve seen the clause – but I haven’t seen it have that affect on our accounts.
    We’ve had profits each month so far …

    (obviously haven’t had the jackpot hit?)

    Hi,

    We usually wipe out any fee carryover when jackpots are hit. If one of your players hits a jackpot just get a hold of us and we will look into it. The only time we won’t wipe out the fee carryover is when the customers are receiving more in bonus money than what they’re losing month in month out. Bonus abusing and charge backs are basically the reason why we have this in place.
