Has anyone been paid yet for the first 2 weeks of April? My account was zeroed out on the 15th but no money to Neteller yet.

Thank you for your email and comment. I hope you did receive affiliate payment as normal. We send out affiliate-payments bi-weekly (1st and 16th of every month for both CPA and Rev Share). If you do have any problems regarding your payment or wish to change payment method, email payments@PokerAffiliate.com and they will help you.
