InactiveTheir stats for Titan Poker haven’t been working correctly all month. I’m having to remove all their links and banners. Loads of affiliates are having this problem and not getting it corrected.

InactiveI haven’t received December payment.
It looks really hard to get any response from CasinoPartners.
I have sent them about 5 emails without any response.It might be a good idea to remove all TitanPoker banners etc. from websites.

InactiveWhen I had a question I just went to the contact page at casino partners and called 1 888 569 1664 to get help. I think they are 8 hours ahead of eastern time so you have to time it right but easier to get to the bottom of whatever problem by getting a live voice instead instead of waiting days and sometimes weeks for email responses. Hope this helps.

InactiveAlthough you may have a few problems with the payments being on time, overall casino partners are awesome and you will get your money in the end. They are a very reputable company and most probably the affiliate program that I enjoy working with most.
(This is the poker section of the company I’m talking about)

InactiveYup I’m still waiting for Dec. Filled out some 1st payment form, scanned and emailed back. 2 weeks later I’m still waiting. My aff manager takes about 1 week to answer an email, and when she does its of the generic kind.
edit: Dec payment promised to be here by today. Jan payment promised to be here by tomorrow. Will update.

InactiveHi Everyone – Obviously what happend over the last few weeks isn’t a normal situation and each and everyone who experienced communication problems – delays, no answers etc… – should have been answered by now. We had a few problems with our CRM server which was recently upgraded. Some misconfiguration of mx records, dns etc… led to all those issues.
On behalf of all Casino Partners affiliate/account managers/executives i’d like to appologize for all those issues.Please email me directly every outstanding issues and i’ll follow up myself (please include your affiliate id, the problem you’re having and your affiliate manager name.)
