Yes there are BB1, but they have been associated with unscrupulous operators of porn sites and rip off casinos in the past.
The software for these particular services installs an autodialer on the victims computer that calls long distance numbers in foreign countries and the user is billed at the exchange rate which can often be $30 a minute or more.
When people receive the wildly inflated phone bill they generally refuse to pay so its all charged back anyway. Autodialers are a scam.
Thats the only other phone bill based payment option I know of other then 900pay.
