Not only does that look like a canned response, it looks like he never read that it was your sister. It makes no sense.
I’m curious, what web browser did she use to open the account?
The reason I ask is because there was an issue with the Income Access tracking software and the firefox browsers. I was told that the issue was fixed.
Good Point actually! But the laptop doesn’t have FF, just IE. If i had used my pc, it woulda been FF though, good to know.
