Well, I just logged into my account and it looks like I am actively promoting 888 – I have some comission sitting there, current comission.
Now will you deal with the theft?

Would you believe they have RE-OPENED their infamous cpa deal?
The payouts have changed, but they are now accepting new affiliates on cpa again!
They’ve even changed their terms and conditions to specifically allow them to claw back every cent in the case of ‘bonus abuse’ – but they still haven’t defined what a bonus abuser is – so they’ll no doubt use this any way they want to steal even more money from affiliates.
IF YOU’RE THINKING OF BECOMING AN 888 AFFILIATE – DON’T DO IT. They still have my $84000.

Perhaps someone ‘higher up’ in CAP could clear this up for me:
Given everything we now know (and have had PROVEN) about 888.com,
a) why do they still have CAP certification
and
b) why do they not appear on the Affiliate Warnings page?
Is it anything to do with them having paid CAP an amount of money to become a ‘recommended’ casino?
It seems there are plenty of people SERIOUSLY unimpressed with 888 now, and yet the Professor’s sticky post at the top of this forum still proudly proclaims them to be “the most powerful and respected name in the online gaming industry”
Isn’t it time for an update, folks?

That is a reasonable question .(although the tone needs to be modified) ..
Given the nature and duration of 888.com’s behaviour then this is not a lone crusade of one or two disgruntled affiliates – but a groundswell of opinion from CAP members (and moderators) …

And yes, by all means check the cached versions when you look for these things because it is obvious to me that while 888 can’t seem to generate any actions towards curing the disease, they sure are fast to be able to do away with any symptoms which are brought to their attention.
Funny how that works isn’t it? after finally wading thru their evasive tactics and getting a finger on their chest; that the pages in question get changed so fast …. yet 888 can’t seem to solve the big problem. Almost makes one think they are in constant contact with the scumbag scrapers…

In regards to the previous posts,I must say this be grateful we have 888.com hear so we can at least have some sort of constructive conversations with them. Currently that is not happening, but CAP is providing us all a place to vent a little.
I am sure the Professor is well aware of the facts already. This is were we conduct business. To remove 888.com I think would be a mistake, we would all be left with the email 888.com delima.
I would love to see this mess cleaned up as well. There is more than enough proof 888.com conducts themselves in a unsavory manner.
There is a lot more to this story still to come. In the meantime the 888.com delima is moving on too many forums. Many articles have been submitted and more. I will not stop until this problem is fixed! greek39

I mean… I have heard this a bunch of times and I have not seen all this proof. I am sure I could spend a day and gather a shit load of scrapers that redirect to 888 brands. That is not difficult. However – I would like to see the proof that you have instead. THAT is the key here.

About 80% of the relevant information is already on this thread. I have been contacted by numerous of people and have submitted many articles to the facts as requested.
I have provided names, sites, and a bunch of other stuff more than enough to proof 888.com is unsavory.
My work is not yet complete but if you reread the the thread, you will draw some interesting conclusions. 888.com has change much of the information I have already posted.
But If I have to spit it out look into the names I have posted are they investors of 888.com. What about all the front pages 888.com works under is this not deception.

If you look at the bottom of the first you will see 2 links to 2 sites owned by 888. You will also find support links to Tradal and 888. Firstly if this site was actually an affiliate, why would they plaster 888 banners/links on the page and then give 888s other sites – online-casino.com – pacificpoker-online.com free links?
I looked to see what connection the other links had, a few were registered in Israel. I am not sure if they are actually reciprocated links or just adding content to optimize for their 2 links at the bottom.
No one picked that up. Basically 888.com, Israel, Tradel so yes I think we are on top of things. Connect the dots, who is this peice of work?

It is my understanding Tradal.net an Empire Online Company markets and promotes 888.com. By your own admission Shelly and I quote “he isn’t even directing to our brands – therefore I DO NOT see 888 accountable for whoever this person is actions.”
Yet when you visit Tradal’s site, tradal.net your brand is clearly visible on his main page. Perhaps he decided to leave it up there, don’t matter much.
From my findings Empire or Tradel does in fact promote your brand I quote from http://investors.ep.com/company_information.htm. “The Company also has arrangements to market Casino-On-Net (part of 888.com, one of the most established online casino websites).
On the left margin of this site I find 888Casino.com and the site registant is EMPIRE ONLINE Ltd.
So what is the connection here is Tradal an investor? or he supports your brand. Which is it? Again by tour own words Tradal “isn’t even directing to our brands – therefore I DO NOT see 888 accountable for whoever this person is actions.” If this is the case how does Tradal register 888Casino.com under his own company? If Tradel is an investor in 888.com then you have real serious problems.
Last year alone 888.com had spent 10% of their marketing budget on domains.
It seems clear to me Empire Online Ltd is indeed connected to 888.com in one way or another. There is proof of Tradal or his affiliates scraping sites which 888.com refuses to deal with. The connection between Tradal and 888.com is quite clear. Greek39^*thgwatt
