supervinceMemberIts a good thing. Its actually invalid markup without alt descriptions on your images. Just don’t over do it with the same keywords. I wouldn’t put the same keywords in more than 3 alt descriptions on any one page.

InactiveJust use the ALT text to quickly describe the image.
Forget about keywords and describe what it is.You’ll find that this natural approach actually gets you ranked better for markets that your content is about.

InactiveI think that would be very acceptable.
When I said describe the image I didn’t mean to say “small rectangular advertising image” … I meant quickly cover the subject.
:roflmao:So covering both the advertiser and a bit about them makes very good sense to me.
I do a similar thing with my advertising graphics – eg :
– Bet365 – Top UK bookmaker.
– or Ladbrokes Sportsbook – Safe and Secure
