That sounds like a real headache and believe part of the problem is down to the way they are still allowed legally to advertise to the US. By doing so this means they need to cross their t’s and dot their i’s.
What a pain. I am in the same boat and by the time I finish getting my paperwork in order and the money spent I will hardly make anything in commissions.
