there are a few things you can try but you need to give a lot more details than that. What date did the keywords drop, what other parts of the site are affected? how much traffic have you lost? are you inner pages affected or just the homepage etc

If its only a couple keywords, and you have not gotten an “unusul” link structure warning in webmaster tools its just the normal dance.
