We have never charged affiliates to attend our events, so getting tickets isnt an issue.
Regarding sponsoring airfare or hotel rooms that is at the discretion of the programs. Obviously larger affiliates will probably receive offers to cover some of their travel expenses, but its not as common as it was in past years.
