I have been with them for years but never made any money.
I think they just consolidated two versions of the program, you need to contact them. You might have missed something.

I’m making good money with Everest Poker and am very happy with their program. Of course they don’t take US players, so you must have international traffic.
affiliatedweb is something like the master program. That’s where one should sign up. They also operate unitedpartnerprogram. That’s where you usually end up when you sign up through another affiliate 2nd tier. Then your commission will be 10% less and these 10% go to the webmaster who referred you.
oh, and one more thing …
if you signed up 2nd tier through somebody else your login most likely only works at unitedpartnerprogram but not at affiliatedweb. Maybe that’s the problem.
