I only have one comment regarding banners and link pages:

I think what you’re saying is true but as a player I would have a problem with the landing page. The landing page matches very well the banner but does not have any link. The first thing I would do is to go to the homepage and see the rules for this promo, and information about the provider. I would not sign up without knowing anything more than the landing page has.
One more time it depends on your targeted audience. An experienced user would not sign up on that landing page…I think.

On that particular landing page the link not being on the page is an over site, as I agree that many potential prospects will want to see the homepage and other information before playing for real.
