InactiveNice Job.
Your find about Gambling Wages is very important.
1. In any case where the Referral Company chooses a compensation program where GW agrees to reward the Referral Company for the lifetime activity of the referred player, the Referral Company must maintain the status of “Active Affiliate” to be eligible to receive compensation for old Referred Players. “Active Affiliate” status being defined as a Referral Company that reefers at least one new depositor per calendar month. In the case where a Referral Company fails to maintain “Active Affiliate” status for a period of six months or more, GW reserves the right, at their sole discretion, to completely discontinue any type of service.
What happens if the aff. has one or two active whales, and no new players for six months?
This is more than predatory………………….January 4, 2007 at 1:09 am #720792Anonymous
InactiveThat’s crap, and good job finding it KW.. The question is after KW searches out all of these crappy terms, what do we intend to do about them?

Reefers? Hmmmm. So we have to send a Marihuana cigarette to at least one new player a month?
:rasta:
Anything to keep the players happy, I guess. :xmas:

vladcizsolMemberQuote:The question is after KW searches out all of these crappy terms, what do we intend to do about them? The same thing we always do when we find Terms and Conditions we arent comfortable with. We dont work with that program.
Programs have a right to structure their offers as they feel best suits their needs.
As affiliates we have the right to decline any offers we find objectionable or not competitive.
I do believe its a good idea to inform each other when we find terms and conditions that arent in the affiliates best interest. After that it’s up to the individual business owner (affiliate) as to how they wish to proceed.
Programs with any amount of sense will be responsive to affiliate needs and be rewarded accordingly. Programs that dont will find they arent very successful in the marketplace over the long run.

As a public service I am willing to be a test subject for any programs who want to add a reefer incentive clause to their terms. :Bong:

roflmaoooo…. That is the best thing I have read in ages, bring on the reefer man!:hehe: Give us affiliates enough reefer and we will never leave the couch that is the hope of the program me thinks:rasta:
Seriously never seen that rule before and not liking it either!

InactiveGlad I could add a little transparency to the programs

Maybe they are trying to make us all a bit more laid back with the reefers? Sure would help ME relax…. Some people get paranoid, though, and I’m not sure they want THOSE people perusing their T&C’s!
Thanks for checking out the analysis reports.. More to come.
