Please let me know your affiliate id and I will get this looked into. I do not know why you would be receiving mails saying this will be done and then nothing happening. If there is a problem with your payout method (e.g. Neteller account, checks being returned, etc) then we would find this out. If the payout was not processed for some other reason, you still should have received an email from our Payments Department. I will let you know as soon as I receive an answer from them.
