Hi,
Everytime I try to make an ad for my casinosite it gets rejected. However I am seeing others displaying gambling ads. How is this possible???
I tried to use the “{keyword: x}” thing, but that didn’t work.
Is it maybe because they run there ads from countries that are controlled less by Google? I cant’ find an answer anywhere. Thanks for your support,
Jonitas

The ones you see listed are probaly using a way to get listed which exists which goes round google’s detection system, there is a way but you’ll get taken down when once google checks your site, no one is going to tell you the way i’m afraid.
January 18, 2006 at 12:12 am #681170AnonymousInactiveGoogle won’t accept ads for sites that lead to online casinos and poker rooms. They will accept sites that are offering gambling related information in the form of eBooks, newsletter signups and the such, but if you try and slip in a banner ad or affiliate link they will boot you.

January 18, 2006 at 1:35 pm #681206AnonymousInactiveThe UK side of adwords still has loads of online casino advertisers – and they’ve been there for years. Google know about them (I’ve discussed it with them in person at SEF) and officially don’t accept them. They just like the money they make so they ignore ’em.
That’s Google for ya!

How you get a pr 7??
January 18, 2006 at 10:37 pm #681258AnonymousInactiveI have no clue!!! :dontget:
It used to be PR3, about a week ago it went to 7 – 3 changing every day.
But the last couple of days I get PR0 and when I check the day after that it’s 7 again.Very confusing. I think Google has gone mad, or that they think I’m spamming theme somehow.

January 24, 2006 at 11:20 am #681718AnonymousInactiveIt just gives me headaches when i check for backlinks on google!
As you can see in my stats I am getting no traffic from google at all.
I already wrote them about this problem but noone answered or fixed this. (some weeks ago now)
The other search engines report a normal quantity of backlinks.I can’t see what I am doing wrong here…
