Your website looks fine for a beginner, already with some content and nice pictures.
I do not like how the USA is written, I would put a small American flag instead.
Your first page seems not to be loading completely here, I only see Rushmore Casino and a lot of blank space.
You have SEO in place, which is great. Now you should work on getting link exchanges.
I believe that your site is great to begin with, you should be updating it frequently with original content and you will be fine.

It’s weird about the homepage not loading, it isn’t any different than any other page and for some reason it loads perfectly in firefox, so I’ll have to investigate that!!
I only just published the site a few days ago and I am already looking forward to re-designing it completely!!

The good thing about your website is that layout is simpel and easy to navigate, but it lacks pictures, especially in the menu. The colours are a bit too dark for a casino website and it needs more content. If you ever been to Las Vegas for example you would see lights, colours and so. If I were you I would take away the banner ads for each casino and put instead their logo up with a text link: Click here to visit the casino – text links work much better as investigated by seo masters cause banner ads appear to a bit too advertising, too selling.
You should be proud of your site as I understood this is all self-knowledge and learning. Good luck with your site and have fun making it!
I like it just the way it is. It has character and is not a cookie cutter site like so many out there.
It is easy to navigate and doesn’t look like a billboard.
Keep on following your instincts, the most impoortant thing is to be unique and you are. The colors are unusual and harmonic anyway and that’s a good thing.
You don’t have to look like everybody else, quite the opposite, if you are unique in look and content, people will bookmark and remember you.

I’m going to build on what I have and pretty much leave it as it is for the meantime, not going to go crazy and change the whole layout etc.
I like it, I like the new wavey flags, and the original colors. I’d probably make the inside color ‘pop’ more than the background color personally. But that’s as they say.. perspective.

I spent hours messing around with the colours and they still kinda irritate me so I’m sure you’ll see them change soon until I am happy!!

Just need to get it on the search engines etc and we’ll see how it goes. Also self taught on that, and is certainly taking some time to work things out and try to get the word around in directories and reciprocal links!
Watch this space :tongue:Like the layout, simple and easy. Some comments:
1) Your need more content, in this day and age will be hard to get anywhere with 11 pages. Bu content I dont mean room review but something for both your users and SE’s to crunch their teeth on and increase stickiness. They dont want just lists of casinos.
2) More static content on the index, I would put a paragraph or two before the list and one after with well optimized keyword rich content.
3)Meta Keywords – WAY too many words there, might be even considered keyword spamming, stick to the three – four main ones and not words like “best” and “casino”
4) Make the Bonus info especially more readable, in general black text on a relatively dark background is not very good UI (just my two cents, some my dis agree)
Just general comments but very good for a first site, do some long tail keyword research, write a lot of quality unique content and do some links work and you are on your way!

I agree, I do have the 11 basic pages, and then a page each for the casinos, so 32 pages in total, but I still need to develop some more richer pages!
I took out some of the meta tag keywords etc on your advice! THX
