Unfortunately we had a DOS attack , the issue was resolved quickly. We were all back up and running a few hours ago. We are now looking at further redundancies in order to try and prevent the downtime in future.

I am sorry to hear it. As you may have read elsewhere, we tend to be patient and supportive with such things.
We do like to be notified when the attack is expected to go on for some amount of time if the casinos are down also.
Looks like you are ttaking the right steps to prevent trouble. :bigsmile:
