InactiveI had em up on my UK site for quite some time, with very dissapointing results – and never earned any money.
I haven´t checked their stats for a while now, but the old system they had running didn´t tell you anything at all; whether about hits or downloads etc.
As a player on the other hand I think they´re top notch.

InactiveUnusually high visits/ downloads ratio, steadily well above 30%, some registrations, but zero real players for the last half a year.

Apparently their customer service is one of the best in the industry, (and has been for the last couple of years), which goes a long way to assisting with player retention.
Small enough to care but big enough to get the punters. Defintely happy with them.
