The site was doing really well for a while….now it’s getting down to “crunch” time….We have to have the tuition paid by April 15 (I know tax time..lol)
We did complete the first installment, and part of second…but still a ways to go…
Update….my baby got her passport….(tear) and she has a meeting this Saturday…watch for updates.
Well…the girls sure had fun at this meeting…they have ice breaker activities so the kids get to know one another, and it’s working!!
Part of Ana’s update…..“After the people did their presentations we went back inside the meeting room and did another ice-breaker activity. This time we had to make the tallest, free standing structure out of spaghetti noodles and marshmallows. Our group didn’t do too well, but after we cleaned up me and 3 of the girls in my group did a competition to see how many marshmallows we could get in our mouth without getting sick. Even ambassadors need fun! I got about 40 in my mouth but a girl named Tori got 70 in hers. It was funny because she kept laughing but trying to keep the marshmallows in her mouth!”

Time is getting closer, she is really getting excited!!
She will be finding out who her host family will be at the next meeting

Today I had my last meeting before my Bon Voyage Picnic. It was really exciting, Some of the last people did their projects and we did another ice breaker activity where we had 5 people and all of us had to put both feet inside the bandana, we were the first group to finish because we sat down while the others were trying to stand up and do it. I cant wait till the trip, only a few more weeks!Thanks everyone!!!!!

Since she is gone, I am keeping everyone updated on what she is doing, per our phone calls. At least a brief summary, she gets excited on the phone telling me all about, from what she says the first day they visited the Hampton Court Palace and she was in awe of the size and beauty of it.
Keep an eye on the update page..I will post what I hear!
