First thing that springs to mind is Lyme Disease. Probably wrong, as I am not a doctor, which is where I trust you’ll be monday morning.

If anything lasts for 48 hours without improvement, a trip to the doctor is in order imo.

    Sand fleas.

That’s what we used to call the nasty buggers.

Try some calamine lotion if it’s still bugging you.

Sand Fleas eh, isn’t that what Bush called the Afganhi’s, ooh bad joke

Could be, i was thinking red ants or something, but didn’t really feel anything actually biting me, it just started burning all of a sudden in several places at the same time

    i’ll be fine, thanks

odd thing happened a few years back, i was in a hotel room with my girlfriend, and the next day i was covered with what looked like spider bites, it was brutal, they were huge, i still have some scabs left even after a few years, one bit me on the throat and my face was painfully swollen like a balloon, i picked at them, as most were on my legs and they started to bleed

what is really odd is that my girlfriend didn’t have a single mark on her and she was lying in bed right beside me the whole time

i guess bed bugs do exist, and they do bite

and i got those annoying bumps all over my legs, if you can see from those pics of my thumb

its just weird, not really worried about it, but i wanna know what it is, i never go to the doctor, i don’t even have a doctor, my leave it alone it’ll go away philosophy has worked pretty good so far, so i’m not gonna go see one for this.

so far i got poison ivy, red ants, yellow ants, as possibilities from people who saw the bumps, but nobody knows for sure

In that case you need to learn to find this stuff on google.

You can find answers to any questions like that in short order.

    http://www.medicinenet.com/rash/article.htm

    http://www.emedicinehealth.com/insect_bites/article_em.htm

and hundreds of other sites. Find the best matches and search those.

When you find what fits exactly, search for treatment.

It’s fast and easy to find diagnosis and treatment for such things.

Could you be allergic to grass?

this is (of course) not likely in your case as I live in Kansas but an interesting sidenote: we have a weed which grows along the riverbanks here which I call “stingweed” that is exactly that. Its incredibly painful and from what I’ve heard the local Indians around here used to throw their enemies (naked) into it to make them talk.

What’s most interesting (to me) is the cure, the only thing I’ve ever heard of that works though I know people who’ve not believed me and thus tried every other cure they could purchase: rub the mud they grow in onto the effected parts of your body and relief is almost immediate.

*I’ve had more than one person think I was just trying to get them to cover themselves in mud and therefore despite the incredible pain … not take my advice. … however I am known for being quite onery and its understandable they might think I was lying to them.

one last sidenote; pot grows excellently in this same soil, not too mention there is little chance someone will go after it once the pain sets in (from the stingweed). I suspect a high nitrogen content in the soil has something to do with this, and may likely also be involved in the cure.

Hey bb1webs, i don’t think i’m living in a Stephen King movie, but if i had a choice of what i wanted it to be, i would choose your evil Indian grass

It’s not an allergy, that i know for sure, after looking through Dom’s home therapy links i would say that it’s fire ants, which is what i was thinking, red or yellow ants, or some tiny unseeable insect, it’s very weird, i have close to a hundred of these bites, which are getting bigger and redder since i cant stop scratching them, but i didn’t feel anything biting me, it just started to burn all of a sudden

I hope you feel better by now nick777,

I experienced something similar once… I was smoking some grass with a good friend of mine while listening to some good music, my hands and my legs started to burn pretty hard.. then.. they started dancing and it was cool so i enjoyed it very much.. I was amazed to open my eyes and realize i was dancing like John Travolta without moving a muscle.. That was some very good grass.

Those were the days my friend. We thought they’d never end. We’d sing and dance forever and a day…
